Girl, you should already know: Once you set foot into the free weight area looking like that, you are about to be stared at. This girl comes in with make up on, hair up, in a sports bra and tights. Yeah baby, we know you cute but you do not need to remind us at the gym. HAHAHA! Anyways, fckn squats killed me today; my legs are done, especially from snowboarding too! Lol. I like being sore, though. Trying this new workout program called “5x5”. It’s 5 sets of 5 reps of compound workouts(bench-chest, shoulders, triceps. rows-back and biceps. squats-legs). Monday is flat bench, rows, and squats. Wednesday is incline bench, dead lifts, and squats. Friday is back to flat bench, rows, and squats but you increase your max so you’re always progressing and gaining. Tuesdays and Thursday is isolation work out and cardio. Weekends can be rest days or isolation. But this I was told this program helps you gain mass and strength quick. So today, I just did rows and squats because me and Ryan did chest yesterday. Also did isolation triceps and biceps so iso-abs tomorrow. I’m telling you, I’m really serious about getting yolked; I feel so small and skinny still…=/
Declined again by another credit card company! Grrr…I need to start building my credit. Maybe Target will give me one haha.

went snowboarding today.. #fb had hella fun, even if my ass is one big bruise. the day started off slow because me and cousin brandon had to take the girls up on the bunny slopes. lauryn got tired after the first run and her and celine went in after their first run. That’s the moment when I started really having fun! me and brandon took the high-speed chairlift all the way to the top where we found the terrain park with jumps as high as 6ft! that’s why my ass hurts, first time we tried these jumps and rails hahaha. i even fell so hard my contact popped out! lol. overall today was a success. i’ve been saying it everywhere. :] can’t wait for the next trip!
gym in the am as usual! who’s down? hit me up. i’m really focused on getting yolked tho. the smallest one in the goodlife is RyMan (@djryman) and he is hittin’ the gym twice a day! this nigga is not about to pass me tho! i told him that hahahaha! but it’s really good to see us all getting fit and working out. i think i’m gonna try to get to 160-165lbs by march then i’ll start to tone it out in time for summer. right now i weigh only 140lbs. i don’t wanna gain 20-25lbs in fat tho, i need that in muscle, that good lean meat hahaha.
i think i want to pursue a human development degree now…i’ve changed my major a few times already but i think this one will stick with me. i really wanna study behavior and how people interact with each other and how they react to the things and action around them. that’s what i want to do. no more business. okthxbye.
i need a bigger iPod. i wanna stay with the touch but i need the 16gb one or the 64gb one. someone buy mine off me. hah…
